The Hail storm of March 13, 2024 did a lot of damage.
Many roofs will need to be replaced, this will require ACC approval and a permit from The Town of Little Elm.

The ACC has prepared a blanket approval for all roofs. Sign the attached Approval Letter and submit it with your Permit application with the Town of Little Elm.

Annual Maintenance Fee
The fee is $250.00/year
Due each year on January 1st
The maintenance fee is used to maintain the common areas in the neighborhood, this includes three entrances, two parks, the pond and the water and electricity for these areas.
